Job's for Alabama's Graduates Home Our Students Our Specialists

Jobs for Alabama’s Graduates (JAG) provides specialized support for students who are up against difficult barriers that limit them from reaching graduation and career goals. The program pairs students with a JAG Specialist who provides group and individualized instruction to help students earn their high school degree, secure a quality job, and/or pursue post-secondary education. Through early intervention including classroom instruction, counseling, employability skills development, and job placement services, the program has seen a 99% graduation rate and 95% full-time job placement rate.

Update — April 27, 2023

Congratulations to Santina Collier for being nominated Alabama JAG's North Vice-President of 2023-2024! We are excited and proud of Collier's success!

For the 2023 National Career Development Conference (NCDC) we competed nationally in Orlando, Florida through April 20-22. NCDCs are annual highlights that provide an opportunity for all NCA members to participate in general sessions, competitive events, educational workshops, leadership development training, and college and career exploration. It is the ultimate recognition opportunity for all members to demonstrate their maximum effeciency gained from their classroom, competitive events, and involvement with JAG to place in top ten and gain national recogition.
